Leider habe ich keine guten Erfahrungen mit Monaco Luxury Watch gemacht. Ich habe eine Omega Uhr am 20. Jan 2022 gekauft und bezahlt. Die Lieferung sollte bis 10. März 2022 erfolgen. Es kam keine Uhr. Monaco Luxury Watch hat mich nicht über ein verspätetes Lieferdatum informiert. Die Firma kommuniziert nicht mit den Kunden. Es wirkt als ob ihnen der Kunde egal ist. Auf mehrere Anfragen von mir wurden Lieferschwierigkeiten von Omega genannt. Das stimmt nicht, denn andere Händler können die Uhr sofort liefern. Ich habe bis 27.07.2022 auf eine Lieferung gewartet und dann den Kauf abgebrochen. Monaco Luxury Watch kann ich nicht weitempfehlen.

Does not actually sell the watch. Like most of the other reviews state, the seller is not able or willing to send the watch. Because I bought at this seller, I lost €10.000 in revenue. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered with them because of the high rating and predominantly good comments. To my regret the experience I had with them was not positive. They engaged with 4-6 weeks delivery term. After 6 weeks I had to ask about the progress of my order and they simply informed that there is no information yet. This continued in the next several weeks, it was always me asking and them responding, sorry, we have no news for your order. After 12 weeks I cancelled the order as there was absolutely no engagement or whatsoever that they would still be able to deliver, obviously not. I cannot recommend them

Et les réponses n'étaient même pas claires... Bref pas de communication. Assurez-vous du fait que la montre voulue soit réellement en stock chez eux avant de commander.

Le vendeur m'a annoncé 4 à 6 semaines de délai pour une BREITLING NAVITIMER. Il n'a jamais livré la montre. Il ne m'a jamais annoncé de délai de retard. C'est toujours moi qui relançait. Bref, j'ai annulé la vente au bout de 4 mois car aucune perspective. J'avais vu des commentaires identiques mais j'espérais... J'ai perdu 4 mois.

Trés décu .... J'ai commandé une reverso après avoir demandé les delais estimatifs (6 semaines à l'origine). au bout de 2 mois pas de nouvelle. Les réponses étaient évasives et ils ne savaient surtout pas si j'allais l'avoir. Résultat j'ai du annuler mon achat et je ne pourrais pas offrir a ma compagne la reverso pour ses 40 ans... Pourtant j'avais été large niveau timing. Donc non je ne recommande pas, je ne comprends pas comment on peut traiter des clients de la sorte.

Warnung. Finger weg. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Es werden bei Monaco Luxury Watch Uhren angeboten, die nicht geliefert werden (können). Die von mir über Chrono24 am 25. Januar 2022 gekaufte und bezahlte Omega Seamaster Diver 300 hätte angeblich bis spätestens 15. März 2022 geliefert werden sollen. Es erfolgte indes überhaupt keine Lieferung. Meine bis 1. April 2022 gesetzte Nachfrist verlief fruchtlos. Man war auf Verkäuferseite auch nicht willens oder in der Lage, mir überhaupt noch eine Lieferfrist in Aussicht zu stellen. Die ordentlichen Bewertungen bei Chrono24 täuschen über diesen Missstand hinweg, da dort nur Transaktionen bewertet werden können, bei denen der Verkäufer geliefert hat. Das ist bei Monaco Luxury Watch offenbar häufig nicht der Fall.

I ordered a watch in January. 4 months and some 30 messages later I gave up and cancelled my order. I offered them to fullfill my order with another watch (same model, same year, different color) that was listed for more money, and they refused, so I suspect they didn't want to deliver because the prices on Omega went up 15%, they can make more money on my order if I cancel. The communication with the seller was okay but it doesn't help, the overall experience was really bad. Nice words cannot make up for empty promises, lost time and lost money.
