Early May of this year I was interested in the IWC Portofino. The watch wasn’t in stock but after a few mails they communicated that the delivery time would be 8 till 10 weeks. So I ordered the watch on May 10th. I’ve waited more than 7 MONTHS and it was still not clear when the watch would be delivered. This week I decided to cancel the order. I’ll keep the story short. The communication (several mails) was always on the buyer’s side except when the store was closed in the summer. To make it clear, my experience with Monaco Luxury Watch is NOT good. So you have been warned !

I wanted to buy an Omega Seamaster 300M as a gift, for specific person, on exact date. Before doing the purchase, I've been in a contact with the MLW team and asked about delivery time. Only after assurance that there is enough buffer time for them to procure the watch, money was transferred onto Chrono24 escrow account. As the time window for delivery came closer, it bacame harder to obtain the information on delivery time. After taking 4 consequent telephone conversations with the MLW team I finally received information that they are not only not going to deliver as agreed but that they need a whole month, due to holidays to even find out the new delivery time. Other reviews left on Chrono24 made me understand that this is not a unique situation but more a normal thing with some of the people have had thesame experiences with even longer waiting time. Anyways, a good lesson that attractive price and few good reviews does not guarantee delivery on time. Thanks to Chrono24 team for expedite order cancelation. P.S. : MLW team, in case you decide to reply with "sorry" and "please understand", I kindly ask you to save it for someone else. I am aware that this is a very emotional expression but so was my purchase for a loved one that needed to come on time and thanks to you, it wont. Have a nice day.

I ordered a watch and was told that i would receive the watch within 10-14 working days. Didn't hear anything from the seller before i wrote to them regarding delayed delivery. Several times they told me that I was soon getting my watch and after they have had my money withdrawn for more than 3 months they cancelled the order, and they are not willing to give a fair compensation in regards to the 3 months delayed delivery time, extremely bad communication and customership. This was the worst experience i could have imagined trying to buy a nice watch

Until I ordered the watch they replied fast. After I ordered the watch, I got no confirmation, no information about delay or anything. When I asked for information about new delivery timeline, I got no reply. Actually - I never found out if they want to sell me the watch or not. I cancelled the order. No response from them on that either.

Allerdings, dann erst 8 Wochen später zu erfahren, dass eine Uhr nicht mehr geliefert werden kann, ist schon grenzwertig. I asked about the shipment one week after order and got the answer "we will ship soon". Asked again on the second week and got the same answer. This draler offered a zenith chronomaster sport 2 for several thousand less than retail when everyone else was charging retail. Told me I would have to wait for several months. I waited for 6 months and messaged them every month. After telling me for 6 months that they will get me the watch the second hand market price of watch rose. They finally told me they can't get me the watch and I had to gwt chrono24 involved to get my money out of escrow. Jerked me around for 6 months, and made me miss the msrp price. Dealers now tell me a year wait on the watch. Dont trust their bait.

In my opinion totally untrustworthy. Ordered my watch in March and they promised to deliver it by 6 weeks. After 6 weeks no updates or anything. No communication. I had to ask about the status and they kept promissing to deliver the watch. It’s almost July now and after a lot of promises there is still no watch. If you pay that much money I would expect some proactive communication and some honest expectations. As I read the other reviews it seems that some people really get their watches, however I would never advise anyone to order here. Just pay a few 100 more somewhere else if you want a new watch.

Commerciante quasi irreperibile, risposte rare e intempestive; dopo più di due mesi e mezzo di ritardo sui tempi di consegna (già lunghi), ho annullato l'ordine, non avendo più notizie. Poco dopo aver annullato l'ordine, il negoziante mi avvisa che l'orologio è arrivato; gli chiedo a quel punto di spedirmelo e dice di averlo venduto a un altro soggetto perchè avevo annullato l'ordine; dunque mi chiede di ricominciare da capo, con un nuovo ordine, con tempi di attesa ancora sconosciuti. Penso fosse uno stratagemma per non ammettere che l'orologio non è mai arrivato neanche a loro, senza neanche prendersi le proprie responsabilità professionali nei confronti del cliente. Se non ci fosse il deposito a garanzia di Chrono 24, sarebbe una vera presa in giro.

Auf seltsame Weise verlängerte sich die Lieferzeit auch dieser von mir bestellten Glashütte Original Uhr nach bereits verstrichenen 4 - 5 Wochen um weitere 8 (acht) Wochen. Danach zog ich die Reißleine bei diesem Händler und stornierte auch diesen Auftrag. Leider lässt das Bewertungssystem eine Bewertung mit 0 (Null) Sternen nicht zu, deshalb ein Stern, eigentlich ein Stern zu viel!!!
