I would watch out with this dealer and do not recommend purchasing watches from him. The product was advertised and priced as “brand new, without any signs of wear”. Upon arrival, an official Rolex dealer in Amsterdam inspected the watch and it had signs of wear. When confronting the seller with it, he admitted that it was indeed worn, but good as new, which according to the seller was the same. “Brand new” versus “pre-owned” has a huge impact on (resell) value. The seller answers only in Spanish and does not use many words. In principle, this is not an issue if you use Google Translate. After the problems regarding the condition of the watch, the communication became more unprofessional. The packing was terrible and the outer box arrived damaged. Also, the watch was moving in the box. He basically used black tape directly on the Rolex box and a plastic bag around it without any bubble wrap or protection to pack it. Also here, a damaged box decreases (resell) value, an unnecessary waste. The seller also got the address wrong, so I had to pick up the package from FedEx myself, not a huge issue but took me 2x 30 minutes to drive to the FedEx office near the airport.

Eine Uhr von 5.000,00 Euro nicht einmal in einer Schachtel geliefert, sondern nur in billiger noppenfolie + Packpapier versandt!! Die Uhr war in einem viel schlechteren Zustand als beschrieben!!

Despite that the seller has been notified as trusted one he does not meet respective criteria. He offered a watch that afterwards appeared broken. I did a transfer of more than 16 K EUR and than I was informed that he cannot send the watch because it is broken. Of course he apologised but this is not enough to be someone I would give my trust again. For Chrono24 I Kindly recommend to pay closer attention to whom the trusted seller status is given. Apart from that this seller speaks Spanish only.
