The Watch Company placed on sale a watch they did not have, so while I sent in the cost listed to purchase the watch, it sat in an account other than mine for two weeks while they tried to purchase the watch. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

This was the worst experience I have had purchasing through Chrono24 and The Watch Company. I purchased an Omega Constellation for my daughter in law as a Christmas Gift. She picked out this watch and we ordered and paid for it on December 22nd. We we purchased it and the listing said it would be delivered no later than Jan 18th which was fine and understandable. I the happened to have my other daughter in law pick out a Tudor that was list by The Watch Company. When I got notification that the second watch was being shipped right away I enquirer why is the Omega not shipping. I was told that they did not have that watch in their store and they were waiting to receive it from their supplier. We received the Tudor as promised and on time and the watch was as expected. On Jan 15th three days before the watch was promised I received a message from The Watch Company telling me that they had received the watch from their supplier and it was broken so they would not be able to fulfill my order. So I also received another message saying that the watch was out of stock and they were cancelling the order and were going to send me a refund. This is what made me so mad. At the time I purchased this watch there were several other list by other company’s for a few hundred dollars more than The Watch Company had theirs it listed for and now there is nobody that has this watch. So now I have to go through selecting another watch that my daughter in law wants. This whole transaction was very disappointing. I will never by another watch From The Watch Company and I will think hard about buying through Chrono 24. I am sorry to say that.

The watch has obvious two crack dots which not shown in their ad. Though I communicated with the seller and Chrono24, they said I could send back the watch to seller for checking, but I need to bear the delivery charges and no guarantee for return acceptance nor refund. Chrono24 even phoned me tried to insulting and humiliating me. Even my previous rating was removed by Chrono24. Anyway will post my whole experience online on other platforms with all photos and all our communications just to share.

The only good thing about this company is prompt communication, although is full of lies. They advertise watches they don't have. They agree to my offer, never send a watch and in the meantime kept advertising this watch changing price every few days. So called " Watch Company " is doing this to a price of every watch they advertising on Chrono24. Doggie business. Avoid it. PS. In fact, minus 10 stars.

I have placed orders all over the world for more expensive merchandise without paying customs charges which I consider excessive for the watch. It may not be the vendors fault though.

Asked him if the watch was in stock he say yes. I payed it took my money then after five days contacted me saying that the watch is not on stock. Watch still listed. Avoid at all cost.

Exchanged some messages with the dealer and expressed my concern about the theme of the one star reviews on their page - watch offers being accepted then canceled. The dealer assured me the watch I was looking at was ready to ship. I purchased the watch at the set price then 5 days later, after Chrono24 had to poke them, they canceled my order and said the watch was defective despite it being classified as new and never worn. Order at your own risk.

After my order was accepted and I transferred my payment, the seller demanded I pay an extra 20% if I still wanted the watch. After I told them the money was already sent and I would not pay more than our agreed price, they cancelled my order and immediately listed the same watch at a higher price. I am still waiting for my refund.

The dealer never contacted me to let me know that the watch I purchased was no longer in stock. One week after I paid I had to contact Chrono24 to ask about my order since it still said the seller is preparing the item for shipment. Only then was I told that the order would be cancelled and my payment be reimbursed.

I bought a Tudor 1926 from them… On the Chrono24 page it stated that it would be shipped in 3-5 business days. Sadly, I had to wait about 3 weeks just for them to cancel the order because the „Unworn and new“ watch was „faulty“… Certainly, I won‘t buy from them ever again.

Poor communication at all time. If it wasn’t because I stayed on top of my watch they wouldn’t bother to say anything. The watch never arrived by the way. And if that’s not enough I think it was in purpose considering everytime I would reach to them they would say a different excuse. They listed the watch price below the other dealers, I didn’t hesitate and they removed the advertising of the watch to make a new one more expensive. +3 weeks waiting when I finally decided to speak out and solved my issue with the great Chrono24 team. Awful dealer. Not recommended.

The item arrived much later than expected. The box was covered with some mould inside (accordingly, there is a smell from the mould). And the most important, there are scratches on the watch, which were not seen from the pictures. This was was a present for my wife!

Terrilble and Unreliable company. I placed the order and they cancelled it because their boss decided not to sell to me. I was talking to them for almost one week before making the purchase. They increased the price right before I made the purchase but I made the purchase anyways. After they received my money they cancelled the order at the last minute. I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from this company the experience was horrible.

Pictures of the watch made the dial appear grayish, although the description said black. I specifically asked buyer what color the dial was and they assured me it was black. Upon arrival, it was clearly brown. After several days they agreed to a refund, but refused to pay for shipping either way, so I am out $275 for shipping and duty.
