Dealer did not communicate with me regarding shipping or purchasing logistics. Dealer was not able to ship a purchased watch to an APO address in the UK. It was sent to the wrong address and the the dealer wanted to charge me another shipping charge! I CANNOT recommend doing business wigh this dealer.

Watch was purchased on 11/19. Shipping label was created on 11/22. Realizing that Thanksgiving could delay the shipment, I waited until the end of the day on 11/27 to write the seller requesting an update on shipment progress. No response received. I asked Chrono24 to get in touch with the seller on 11/29. They also received no response. I canceled the order on 12/2 due to lack of response from the seller and the shipment not making any progress since the label was created on 11/22. Do not recommend the seller, but Trusted Checkout worked well as I received a prompt refund 4 days later.

Misleading. Watch was not delivered, when I called them to inquire, they advised watch needed a "sudden" repair. I asked why I wasn't called, they replied we contacted Chrono 24. Canceled order immediately. Will not purchase or do business with that watch company.

Acepto mi oferta y el día que en teoría llegaba el reloj cancelaron la compra. Y aunque me devolvieron el dinero perdí más de 30 dlls por el tipo de cambio , así que me quede sin reloj y con 30 dlls de pedida

Het horlogebandje is uit elkaar gevallen..... het leer was totaal verdroogd en liet los....! Ik kan het horloge niet gebruiken zonder er een nieuwe band om te laten zetten.... De reden dat ik dit horloges kocht was juist de bijzondere en mooie band.....Dezelfde band is niet verkrijgbaar

I bought and paid for a watch. Days later the transaction is cancelled saying the watch was reserved. They shouldn't have listed it if it was reserved. I'm very disappointed.
