Dear Lisa once again, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience happened. We had a problem with our database, which showed that the watch was in stock but, due to limited access to our safe, only after the physical check, we realized that the watch in stock was the one with blue dial and we immediately contacted you to propose a solution. We tried to find the silver dial watch among our suppliers but none of them had it in stock and we immediately proposed you either a similar watch or an extra refund to cover the issue and show you our good faith. Unfortunately, you rejected our attempts to reach you out to propose a solution. I would like you to know that we always do everything possible to leave our customers satisfied, that’s the reason why we have 100% of positive reviews.

Extremely dissatisfied with the purchase process, which I had to cancel. Seller does not objectively respond to questions asked, creating low trust for an online shop, Unprofessionalism and clarity in customer contact, I do not recommend.

Hello Everyone this customer didn't get the watch he ordered the watch and paid it after that, he wrote an email at 1.46 Am asking details about the watch ordered and paid every morning we are going to take the watches to be shipped from 10am due security reason so we were not able to replay before 11am to this customer , when he decided to cancel the order To be honest, we are not able to replay during the night if a customer ask additional info or pictures is welcome, but he has to offer us time to replay and work for him in the night we don't work as probably the 100% of my colleagues so we are very sorry, but we done all was possible for this customer but during the night I need time for a rest and patient customer are welcome ;) so if you read this review, and you are able to wait the morning to get a replay, you are welcome, in contrary case, I'm sorry but Plus Watch can't help you !!
