Awfull experience. After transfering FULL price for the watches i received tons of messages from dealer, where he forced me to confirm that i will not send watches back, in other case he refused to send me watches(i paid full price already+according to company rules i can send watches back during 14 days). Finally i refused to deal with this person and then the company send me money back. Be carefull. There are lots of scamers everywhere.

We have informed you that we will send you a factory brand new watch together with box and papers; so, it would be in perfect condition. If this is not the case, you always have the right to return and nobody can change this rule. Chrono24 already provides necessary protection to the buyers all the time. However, as we understood malicious intent from your messages, your order was cancelled. We only want to sell our watches to the real customers. Since your payment was fully refunded, you are welcome to buy the watch from another dealer.

Stay away from this dealer. The watch I was sold had been used. The return process has been the longest, most arduous process I have ever gone through. Unhelpful seller, rude, and deliberately trying to drag out the return as long as possible. Avoid.

Dear Valued Customer, The watch is brand new as we never sell used watches. The watch still had the plastic case cover on it as you saw in the pictures we have sent to you. Also, the warranty of the watch was issued after the purchase. We didn't have any objection to your return. However, since you didn't ship the return to us by taking into account our suggestions, the customs process took more time than usual. If you have taken into account our instructions for the return shipment, it wouldn't take that much time. We have been always very helpful as we have informed you several times about the return shipment status. However, since you refused to cooperate, there was nothing left for us to do. I wouldn’t recommend answers were somewhat vague and they gave equivocal answers. At least they responded but after a month of waiting for a watch that was $40 less than retail is not worth it. As I could’ve had it by now. Anyways, I hope people have better experience if they decide to go with dealer.

Der Versand erfolgte erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung. Die Verpackung war "schmuddelig/gammelig" und wies mehrere Beschädigungen auf. Es wurde keine Garantiekarte beigefügf. Die Uhr war defekt, sie lief nicht. Nach erfolgter Rücksendung mußte der Verkäufer erst zur Abholung der Ware aufgefordert werden. Der Verkäufer bestätigte nicht einmal den Mangel.

However, we always replied back to your messages and informed you regarding the delivery date. The watch was brand new and even had all the plastic covers around the case. We have already shared the pictures of them with Chrono24 as per your complaint. Also, we always make quality check for all our watches before shipment and there was no problem with the watch. All the functions were working properly. We have already informed you that we will send you the warranty card separately as it can be missed to be included in the box. When you have decided to return, you didn't ask for anything from us and shipped the item back immediately. Once the post office informed us that the package is ready to pickup, we took it immediately. It's your right to return any watch purchased online. However, we didn't understand how it can lead you to rate this purchase with 1 star. We didn't argue about the return and there was no objection. We have informed you properly before and after the delivery.
