Seller reported the watch was ready to be shipped within 2 working days. He also send me an offer of the same watch increasing its total value by 100 euro. Right after my order he contact me to let me know that the watch finally wasn't available and he will do whatever he could to delivery it as fast as possible. Almost 2 months later a couple of days before the delivery deadline, he canceled the order without contacting before. Reading from other reviews, it looks that the seller uses this as a common tactic, mentioning that they have watches in stock and after the purchase the watches suddenly are not available.

I received untrue information so the purchase failed. The watch is advertised as in stock. It was strange to me that delivery time was almost two months nonetheless. I inquired and got a reply that the watch is under pre-order and usually the order arrives within 15 days. I ordered the watch and two weeks later they wrote that the watch could not be procured so the advertising information was not correct because the watch was not in stock and they could not procure it either. Special thanks to Chrono24 for the 790 Euros being repaid to my bank card within two days.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star as the Seller is advertising watches they knowingly do not have stock for. Despite me notifying the seller and cancelling my order as a consequence of this, the seller is still advertising the watch In question one week later as available when they know it is not. In my opinion this is an abuse of this platform and how it is in intended to operate. I only share my experience for the benefit of other prospective buyers and not to harm the seller. Fair and updated advertising is important for a platform like this to operate properly and I only hope that the seller changes this practise so prospective buyers do not end up 1.) waiting a long time for new stock to arrive before their order is processed and 2.) credit card and foreign transaction charges associated with trying to get refund.

First answering order took almost two weeks, then watch they first advertised to be found in their stock wasn't in stock and after that the price went up 10% of the advertised and delivery time came more longer. I cancelled the order and after that it took again almost two weeks them to do the cancellation and arrange money refunds from Chrono24. Finally I bought the same watch from other seller and got it home in three days after order in same price as advertised, which was cheaper than the new price of this seller. Maybe a onetime setback, but service didn't work smoothly for me this time.
