J'ai fait une première proposition de prix trop basse et a été rejeté. La deuxième a été accepté. Après je reçois un message comme quoi la montre n'est plus disponible. Soit une personne a accepté par erreur le prix et ne veut pas la vendre a ce prix là, soit la montre n'était plus disponible et n'a pas été enlevé de la dispo. Dans les deux cas ce n'est pas professionnel ....

very bad seller, no support with chrono 24 when seller shipped not moved watch, no time to return and no account fir me to return golden watch from hong kong to europe.

vendono un segnatempo su chrono24 e contemporaneamente su ebay, me lo aggiudico su chrono24 pago ma poi mi viene annullata la transazione perchè, e questa è la scusa, l'orologio è già stato venduto su ebay, ma se vado su ebay l'orologio è ancora in vendita..... Quindi vengo ricontattato dal sito chrono24 per la restituzione dei soldi versati. rottura di scatole, soldi che non sono sul mio conto......

The watch was not from the year that was advertised and the certificate was invalid, and still is. I asked to receive more information about more or less everything. The answers were extremly defensive and the dealer avoided to answer the questions I asked. I would be glad if I got answers from the dealer, but I am not satisfied with the treatment and replies I got and I feel slightly concerned about the whole situation and lack of customer value.

Unfortunately after already paying for the watch, I received an e-mail (two days later) saying the item was damaged according to the seller. Wasted time waiting. Could have checked the watch for damages beforehand? Overall, communication with the seller was OK...just a bit rude.

It costs me a separate cost, because according to the Hungarian banking rules, if I transfer money somewhere, I still have to pay ...%, and in case of a refund, the bank deducts a commission again. So, I have to pay a commission twice for the watch I don’t get (this is about 10-15 Euro in this case), I don’t like it! 2. The day after I canceled my watch purchase, "Chrono24" sent me a notice that the watch was available again. So, for me, I didn’t have the watch for 1-2 days, and that’s why I pay double or triple the bank commission on the purchase price? Do you have a watch now or no watch? Maybe by the time I order again, I’ll get the news again that I don’t? If this is a trading company, I would not recommend it to any other buyer! 3. The "Longoines Ultra-Chron Automatic Date" watch calendar adjustment mechanism, purchased from the retailer "Orologeria Tempus" on May 21, 2020, was in such poor condition that I eventually had to take it to factory service and its repair continues to this day. ..

Händler ist nicht vertrauenswürdig, beschreibt sein Produkt als Zustand sehr gut und räumt erst auf Nachfrage Beschädigungen ein, wurde dann unfreundlich... Vorsicht ist geboten.....

Poor delivery and argued that the dial didn’t have discolouration when it does and the bracelet has so many links missing the watch isn’t worth having. I recommend avoiding this dealer.
