The information about the size of the wristband was wrong and I had to buy additional links. The delivery was sent to the wrong address as well. It all ended up wasting an entire day to recover the parcel and order the additional links needed which will only come in 3 weeks. Very disappointing throughout, won’t buy there again.

With the Trusted Checkout payment process, as payment is made via an Escrow account, it can take time for Chrono24 to confirm payment has been received, and been verified through their independent checks and processing. As your order was received during our Winter Sale, we were experiencing a large number of enquiries and orders via our website. Sadly at the time, we had no way of immediately reserving an item without proof of payment being provided. Your feedback is important to us, and we are now working with Chrono24 to pursue building a system that will automatically update our website & Chrono24 when an order is received to prevent a similar situation happening again in the future. I did my utmost to ensure prompt communication throughout the transaction, and ensured that the refund was processed as soon as possible. Very bad experience. Right after I do the payment, they said the item as sold few minutes ago and they have another same item but 150 UK pounds higher price... I didn’t want it, and I have got refunds back, but during this currency exchanging, more than 400 dollars goes nowhere... really don’t know what games they are playing.

I got a watch from them but I was disappointed it’s not what I expected so trying to return the watch but it’s not easy to return back
