L’orologio ha un numero differente sul certificato di autenticità JLC ed il commercianti non lo riconosce. Quindi l’orologio non é certificato!!! Il box é disastrato e non era possibile vederlo poiché la foto era stata effettuata con il box aperto. La spedizione, richiesta per DHL é stata effettuata con FedEx. Ho aperto una contestazione ed i mie legali agiranno per la tutela dei miei diritti.

La montre m est parvenue dans une boîte en ruine ... Elle avait 2 grosses rayures sur le fond. Le calendrier ne fonctionnait pas (aucun changement de jour au passage de minuit) Le cadran bougeait et couvrait partiellement le guichet de la date..... Et enfin le vendeur a nié tous les problèmes en m expliquant que je ne devais pas m attendre à mieux car la montre était d occasion.... Et cela de façon extrêmement désagréable voire menaçante.

La boîte était parfaite pour une montre d'occasion ! Il n'y avait aucun risque au fond, car si j'en avais je l'aurais enlevé car nous sommes horlogers et nous avons un atelier ! Vous avez fait une Mauvaise manipulation de date où vous avez bousillé le calendrier… Je le signale à Chrono24 Vous venez de bousiller la roue du calendrier en forçant le coup ! Ce n'est pas ma faute s'il est amateur et en plus il raconte des mensonges ici ! C'est très mauvais d'évaluer les commerçants et ce sont les clients qui sont très mauvais...

I purchased an AP Millenary watch. Didn’t hear from the dealer. After three weeks I asked Chrono24 to intervene. After a few days the seller stated because of Covid they haven’t been to the office. They asked if I still wanted the watch, and I replied yes. An hour later they responded the watch was broken and asked me to cancel the sale. I inquired what was wrong with the watch and they refused to answer stating then can’t predict when a watch stops working. I asked, “if the watch was I your store while you were out, was it not working when you placed it for sale?” I also said that I am fine with either the working watch, learning what was not working to see if it was worth taking it to get repaired or they can cancel the order. They rudely told me that they did not need to tell me anything and that I need to cancel the order since I asked to cancel. I reminded them of our emails where they said they would not send out a broken watch. Finally Chrono24 did what they always do, the right thing and canceled the order and started an inquiry into this seller. Great service Chrono24! This seems like a scam to me and I have since noticed that others on the forums have stated the same thing about this seller. I strongly recommend buyers to avoid this seller.

Sehr lange Reaktionszeiten, 2 Wochen nach Bezahlung kam Info, dass Original-Box nicht vorliegt (diese war in der Beschreibung abgebildet und gelistet!). Der Händler hat die vorgeschlagene Preisreduzierung nicht akzeptiert. Daraufhin vom Vertrag zurück getreten.

Obwohl ich im Urlaub war und immer auf Ihre Mails geantwortet habe ... kam ich in Lissabon an und hatte eine unangenehme Überraschung, als ich eine Flut im Schließfach hatte, in der ich einen sehr großen Verlust erlitt ... Sie waren nicht verständlich. 1. Bevor ich die Uhr schickte, erklärte ich, was passiert ist. 2. Sie waren mit meinem Verlust nicht verständlich ... 3. Sie haben versucht, die Situation auszunutzen und den Preis zu senken. 4. Nightmare. One of the very worst ecommerce experiences I've ever had. His first reply was ignorant and insulting, "Hey man, you think..." His second was horrifically rude. Chrono24 emailed me twice, each time saying that they had contacted this dealer "many times." That means many, many times he ignored Chrono24 about shipping. He never shipped the watch, but did lie to Chrono24 about it. He told them it had been shipped, when only the label had been created. He finally just told me that he would not ship the watch. If there would be difficulties in shipping to the US, shouldn't this international dealer been aware of them? Other shipments from the EU at that time arrived within two weeks, and one from Japan in eight days. Covid-19 was/is everywhere.
