I will just describe what happened: I ordered a watch on Sunday and paid directly. Two days later, I received a message from the seller that the watch had supposedly been sold on Saturday. So the purchase was cancelled by the seller. Not a word of apology or attempt to offer the customer anything.

Dans l'annonce, il était clairement stipulé que le casier était en or. C'est pour cette raison que j'ai payé le prix. Vérification faite, il n'y a pas de poinçon. Il s'agit donc d'un bête casier en métal doré. Le vendeur étant un professionnel, il s'agit manifestement de fraude. Je me sens lésé, trompé.

Weird. I made an offer. This offer was expected. I paid within the time limit given by Chrono24. Once I paid to Chrono24 the seller informed me rather bluntly that the watch has been sold in the meantime to someone else. When asking Chrono24 wether this MO is acceptable on their platform my question was not answered. Instead they pointed me to the small print and defended the seller at great length. They were happy to assume every imaginable scenario to excuse the seller. The most obvious alternative was ignored. Days later the watch was still showing up in searches. Only to be replaced by a strikingly similar one that is supposed to be a different one. I am not concerned with the seller. Sketchy traders (and those kind of buyers too I guess) are always around. The laissez faire attitude of Chrono24 is irritating.

Händler verschickt Uhr mit weniger Gliedern wie angegeben und abgebildet ! Frechheit! Garantiekarte vom Händler passte nicht zu Uhr! Bis heute fehlt Ersatz Glied werde nur hingehalten! Nicht zu empfehlen! Rechtliche Schritte folgen schließlich habe ich für alle Glieder bezahlt! Schade!!
