Not complete order was sent. Very disappointed with chrono and dealer

Purchased a stick dial GMT (complete set). Received a watch that was polished and had the wrong swing tags and manual. On request the dealer could not provide the appropriate swing tags and only the period correct manual. Ultimately, I had to return the item, a process which was handled very poorly on the part of the staff (incl. delayed management of customs issues, poor customer service and rude staff) To boot, I am now out of pocket on return shipping & insurance. The biggest regret is that I had not looked at their google reviews which tells a different story vs their chrono24 ratings. Buyer beware.

I bought the watch but the seller already sold it to someone else so I had lost my money for a week before it was refunded and I wasn’t able to get the watch I wanted.
