You contacted us 8 days ago and started negotiating on a watch. You made several offers and when we finally agreed on a price. You then asked us to hold the watch for 3 days because you could not make payment until then. We gladly agreed to wait and hold the watch for you. Then you decided that you could not pay for the watch, after we had agreed on a purchase price and asked us to hold it for you. I am sorry you think we are snarky but maybe next time you want to start negotiations on a watch and ask the dealer to hold the watch for you so you could make payment, you go through with the sale.

I replied to this posting for the Panerai PAM 01117 on three separate occasions over several months, offering each time to pay full asking price. On each occasion, my offer was rejected. The reason provided was “other - unable to ship immediately”. No where had immediate shipment been mentioned, and it was not a requirement of mine. I reached out each time to understand the rejection and the rationale and O never received a response. Not sure what the story is here, but I found them a frustrating waste of time.

Reneged on the deal after over a week of waiting after full payment. Even delayed answering questions in the interim . Clearly received a better offer and sacrificed their integrity for $$$$$$$. Be very careful before you trust.

I ordered a Rolex 16710 which was displayed in all the pictures we exchanged but received a different model Rolex 16700. In addition to receiving thenwrong model watch, the bracelet that was installed was for a next generation model and didn’t match the date range of the watch. On top of all this, the watch was shipped out one week late because the seller decided to take vacation in the middle of our transaction.
